- Do not use on pregnant mares;
- Do not use on open wounds;
- Do not use with a medication that creates heat or a liniment.
- Do not use near a pacemaker or any implanted medical device;
- Start with 30-minute sessions when first using it, then gradually increase the time;
- Do not leave on for more than 8 to 12 hours;
- Perhaps machine washable on a delicate cycle with an unscented detergent and air dried.
