Delivery times
Delivery times are estimated between 3 and 10 working days, depending on the destination and the carrier selected.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items purchased on our website, including sale items, can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

They must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, undamaged and without any stable odor)

Please include a copy of the invoice in the return package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide a shipping label; the return must be made with the carrier of your choice.
Refund
Once the return is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund of the purchase price of the item plus applicable taxes.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Do you wish to exchange an item?
Please contact us before returning your package to check the availability of the desired item.

COLORS, SIZE AND FIT

Therefore, Western Dream cannot be held responsible for a difference in shade between the product received and the one displayed on the screen.
